some faux-vintage fun

I’ll post more from this wedding soon but wanted to share this single image this evening. A group of the bride and grooms friends came dressed to their wedding in full-on “Gatsby” attire, which somehow seemed not out of place at the Yacht Club ( not to mention that this summer seems to be ‘Everything Gatsby’)

I had a little fun trying to recreate a vintage wet-plate process look (which you may recall I did for real at the Rebirth Workshop in Mississippi in 2012 ) Anyhow, I know this isn’t the kind of thing you can do to EVERY photo, especially at a wedding (imagine THAT!) but thought you’d enjoy this single image!
