Robyn contacted me from the UK in planning her CT wedding, so she did everything long-distance!! Many guests traveled quite far to be at their beautiful event in Brookfield CT at the Candlewood Inn

Since she doesn’t live here in the US, we met up one day at the Inn while she was tree for a tasting. Her husband (Fiancee at the time!) could not be there, so she invited me along  to join her on her tasting–THAT was a first! What made it extra interesting is that since she is on a strict gluten-free diet, the entire menu had to fit that criteria, so it as neat to see how they ‘replace’ items with gluten-free options!

We ended the evening with sparklers!!! (I love a sparkler send off when it works well–not as easy as it seems!)
