Katrina+Ned @ Belle Haven Club, Greenwich, CT

On May 26th, Katrina and Ned were married at Christ Church in Greenwich, with a gorgeous reception fooling at The Belle Haven Club in Greenwich. Both the bride and the Groom got ready at the beautiful Delamar Hotel on the water in Greenwich…

Meanwhile the guys were getting prepped, which included last minute haircut/trims!!! had I known, id of not just gotten mine cut! 🙂

 

this shot was so cute, as each bridesmaid popped their head out in a row to take a peek at Katrina–but it was like a cartoon – each head perfectly entering the frame from front to back as if timed–you had to be there…

I’ll tell you – one thing the Delamar is NOT short on is beautiful indoor spots for photos!

Ned meanwhile, waited patiently for The First Look ( as we ALL waited and watched the skies hoping the rain would hold off! )

The band was friends of Ned’s, who is also a musician and , as you’ll see in a minute, did a brief set for the guests!

 

it FINALLY stopped drizzling long enough for us to get to on the dock for a few ‘formals’ – they are good sports because it was still rather ‘drippy’ out there!

it’s kind of a Belle Haven tradition to do the bridal send-of by boat, and this evening was no exception. The guests lined up along the stone wall – giant over-sized sparklers in hand – and gave Ned and Katrina a really cool send off!

and finally, the perfect evening send off by boat back to the Delamar Hotel!
