Well what can you say about a beachside wedding in beautiful Rowayton Connecticut at the Wee Burn Beach Club? Other than it was a perfect spot on a perfect day! Kate and Trey reached out to me about a year ago, as I had photographed his brothers wedding awhile back. It’s always so great not only when a past couple refers you, but to revisit a couple from the past and to get to see them again.

Kate got ready at her folks house in New Canaan which was just so bright and filled with natural light it made shooting a breeze!

After hair and makeup, Kate hopped over to Wee Burn for finishing touched and to put on her dress.

I found this great little alcove to take a few on-the-fly formals out of site of Trey, who was nearby waiting for the First Look. And check out hat beautiful dress from The Plumed Serpent Bridal in Westport.

 I just love the look on Kate’s Dads face here…

Trey was hanging out with the guys in the lobby before I took him to his ‘assigned spot’ for the First Look

After dinner we had some informal groups and goofing around outside
