Alexis + Eric's NYC engagement session
A few weeks back I met up with Alexis and Eric down by South Street Seaport for the start of their E-Session. Turns out that the seaport is still a but if a mess as the result of Hurricane Sandy, but we still managed to find a bunch of really cool spots. It was also quite empty, which worked to our advantage!
I have always thought that this angle of the Brooklyn Bridge is nicer than physically being up on the bridge
Leave to to me to find a sequence of rusty pipes to shoot against!!!
because of all the shops still being closed, we had this cobblestone street all to ourselves!!!
there are so many cool little nooks and crannies down in that area!

we all agreed that Mr Frosty is a bit creepy–but I had to use the truck in a shot. The ice cream guy was pretty amused!!!

we all hopped in a cab for part 2 of our day, uptown in Cebntral park
there was a guy playing an instrument right behind me as i took this – so we had a free serenade!
I always just adore the tile work in this part of the park!
thanks for a fun day!! Looking forward to your Sept wedding at Jonathan Edwards!
