A Society Room Wedding | Eileen+Brian
CT Vintage Wedding Photography | Classic New England Wedding style
So yes—that’s right : this is the final wedding of 2010! Which is kinda weird and also a bit of a relief (time for a break, to be 100% honest) It was a doozy of a year with 34 weddings under my belt–so here we go…
Eileen and Brian were married at Lauralton Hall in Milford CT (where she went to school) After which we proceeded to The Society Room in Hartford…
***
this is TOTALY up my alley – Eileen wore her moms dress (with a fair amount of restoration and some changes to the sleeves) from the 50’s!!!!! I mean like–I wanted to try it on, it was so cool…
***
these cool bridesmaids bags from Etsy were made of old newspaper pages!
***
sorry, but I just REALLY LOVE these!!!
***
they even had a vintage car to keep me satisfied. I think that will be a rule for 2011: all brides MUST have a vintage automobile….
***
stop the presses: is that Steve DePino IN A TUXEDO AS A WEDDING PARTY MEMBER AND NOT WORKING? HOW CAN THIS BE??
***
off to The Society Room—where luckily is was a mild enough December evening to shoot outside for a bit! A quick thanks to Rick O for all his lighting assistance this day as well!
***
not sure what came over me here – but I thought it was kinda cool—I loves me some neat signage
***
Here, Eileen practices her Pole Control…. who knew??!!
***
So while we were outside freezing out patooties off , inside an Irish band were keeping the guests warm and entertained!
***
their grand entrance—i’m seeing shades of Norma Desmond—
…thanks to you both for a beautiful day and wonderful end to my 2010 wedding year!
