Sarah+Rich @ Wickham Park, Manchester CT

Sarah and Rich were married June 18th at Wickham Park in Manchester CT: a location I had never been to! It had such a cool, rustic charm which provided for a very laid back vibe to the night. It was one of those stress-free weddings that come along every now and again!

Sarah’s dad was all excited about the Robins eggs in a tree right off the deck at their house. Although I was so close I was ready for a scene from The Birds and to get my eye pecked out my momma Robin, I snagged a closeup shot without any harm  🙂

…we also had a tree branch at just the correct height for a cool ‘get that dress in the tree’ shot!  Also, beautiful flowers from Flowers By Amelia in Wallingford, CT

Sarah may kill me for posting this emotional moment–but it was so sweet and spontaneous I couldn’t help myself.

when the kids don’t cooperate, pick them up and simply place them where you want them to stand.

Because the buffet station was all set up beautifully inside the Cabin by Jordan Caterers, we moved the first dance OUTSIDE into the garden. Something new and REALLY cool, I thought!
