Katie+Jesse @ Saltwater Farm Vineyard

Katie and Jesse were married just 3 days ago (!!) at Saltwater Farm in Stonington CT. It was an amazing, cool comfortable day (is FALL here?! How did that happen already. Wasn’t it just like, 105 degrees a few weeks ago?)

they got prepped for the big day at the MGM Grand hotel at Foxwoods Casino…with Dana Bartone’s staff on hand for hair and makeup. Her sister made that really cute personalized hanger ( SO much better than the horrid plastic ones you get with a dress)

I got a head start to the vineyard to get some outdoor shots, since it was such a GREAT day!!

now, check out the flowers by Leah O’Hearn, whose company’s name is one of the cleverest EVER for a floral business if you ask me.

Ready?

It’s So Ranunculus” – which when Jesse told me on the phone, I laughed out loud since I thought it was go great and clever!! and in case you were wondering– info of said flower is HERE

thats Gina from A Thyme To Cook and her staff setting up outside…

another First Look ( this is getting to be a weekly habit!!!)

there was an accident on the road from the MGM, so poor Jesse was delayed about an hour as Katie ( rightfully so..) got more and more anxious–who wouldn’t. But from MY perspective, the light grew softer and more flattering, and at least as far as photos were concerned, worked out for the best!

I can never resist the ‘police lineup’ shot of the guys at Saltwater

They had WANTED to get married in Lake Placid, but due to family travel issues it ended up closer to home, but with an Adirondack THEME

a little pre-ceremony anxiousness…

thanks to you both for a super laid back day–have a GREAT time in Napa–hope you have a chance to check out the places I suggested!!

Rosemary and I thought these were some of the very best wedding pictures we have seen. They were candid and the flow from beginning to end told the story and expressed the mood for what wewould have expected Katie and Jesse wanted for sure.

    Great professional photography.
